Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from makeup, pet hair, or odors.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
